Ren madrone, medicine woman
My medicine has wild roots. I pull from a myriad of modalities that have called to me through the passages of time. My wisdom draws on many lineages but is owned by none of them. The healing medicine that travels through me changes in the moment in response to and in reflection of the being I am with. I am with you and using the tools at my disposal to read the book of you and reflect your Amazing back through you, where it belongs.
Wild medicine roots: It means that the movement of the wisdom of timing runs through what I do. I lean into the mystery and dance what comes. The music of balance is all around us, in the natural elements and I learned this language young. There is a rhythm and a harmony in what moves naturally, what moves wildly – and it is this that moves my work. I use the tools I have picked up along the way as they serve to return each being to harmony.
My Approach
All of my work centers on releasing the patterns of dis-ease that are developed from and through our response to life as it unfolds. My work has always been about releasing these patterns in the physical and the emotional. All of the tools at my disposal serve this purpose – to release patterns that do not serve and deepen into freedom and choice.
Ren gives thanks to her teachers
Dr. Joseph Gallegos - through whom she learned the power of advocacy, building bridges out of words, and creating pathways to possibility.
Ann Drucker - who gave names for abilities, changing them from burdens to gifts.
Mountain Sun - for jars of herbs lining her shelves, making lotions and medicines out of mystery.
Dr. Robert Palermo - for the gift of unexpected tools.
RoseAnne Frechette - for inspirational, applicable yoga.
DeAnna Batdorff - for a stunning grasp of complex knowledge and the commitment and passion to share it. And for the invitation to look up.
