2026 Foundations Class
In this year-long class I’m opening a monthly rhythm of live teaching, each month focused on a single foundational topic that supports embodied living, or keeping balance in times that are unbalancing, staying in the body through the ruckus and crazy, tending the ship so you can sail: any number of ways to say taking care of your body so the essence of you can be expressed through the physical you.

How the teaching rhythm works:
• One topic per month
• Live teaching on Thursdays at 5:30 PM Pacific
• Three weeks of live teaching, followed by one integration week
• Teaching deepens through questions and inquiry
• Recordings available if you can’t attend live
• Free class on February 5, 2025
Contribution:
Monthly contribution is $33 and up. $33 supports access. Contributions beyond that support sustainability — the difference between offering this work from a place of survival and offering it from a place of capacity, care, and continuity.
