"I have had the absolute honor of experiencing now two full Pancha Karmas with Ren - both perfectly tailored to where I was at in my healing journey each time. It's difficult to describe what happens over those five days, other than the most beautiful and transformational change that I've ever experienced. Ren brings forth profound knowledge, powerful medicine, and incredible grace, which she weaves in such a way that you feel completely seen and held. No matter how busy your life is, taking this time is a gift fully worth giving yourself and those around you. I know I've left a much better (and healthier) leader, mother, friend, daughter, etc. and I continue to reflect on my time in that space with the deepest reverence and gratitude.
